We are the only Georgia producer that has plants located advantageously along the belt-that is, we have access to the different types of kaolin clay distinct to each region. The particles are sent to one of our three plants to go through separation, calcination, and surface treatments in order to engineer our products for optimum performance.
Macon, GA
At our Macon location-home to our corporate headquarters, pilot testing facilities, and Research & Development labs-we work hard to bring you the products that have made KaMin top of the line in the kaolin industry. These include KaMin 70C used in architectural coatings, Hydrasheen 90 and Hydrasperse - premier lines for coated freesheet paper, such as that used in posters, magazines, and illustrated books-and KaMin 90, used as an extender in a range of inks.

Sandersville, GA
Sandersville, located in the heart of Georgia's kaolin country, is surrounded by naturally premium clay deposits. This quality kaolin has led to the development and processing of products including KaMin 2000C, used in architectural and industrial coatings, and KaMin Tex, used in paper and board. Our toll processing facilities are also open to companies wishing to collaborate with KaMin's manufacturing capabilities and technical expertise.

Wrens, GA
The Wrens, GA plant is positioned in the eastern end of the kaolin clay belt, which means we have access to the highest quality kaolin in Georgia, both in particle size and brightness. The special qualities of this clay lead us to process signature products such as our Hydragloss90 and Hydragloss 91 line, both instrumental in the paper industry. Both Polygloss90-ultrafine powder used to extend high gloss solvent and water-borne coatings-and Kamin 95 product lines are also processed here.

At our Gordon, GA, location we create products used in a wide range of industries including coatings, automotive catalysts, and concrete. These industry-leading products include Satintone, WhiteTex, and Metamax.

McIntyre, GA
Known as “Big Mac”, our McIntyre, GA, facility is home to KaMin’s largest calcining complex. Here we create products used in a variety of industries including coatings, paper, tires, and adhesives. These industry-leading products include Ansilex 93, Satintone 5HB, Mattex and the ASP series.

CADAM, Brazil
CADAM’s headquarter is located in São Paulo, Brazil’s vibrant financial center. CADAM operations include the Morro do Filipe Mine in Amapá and a beneficiation port and plant in the town of Munguba. The abundant kaolin deposits along the Jari River have allowed CADAM to become one of the largest producers and exporters of kaolin for coating paper and paper board in the country. CADAM specializes in the processing of high glossing, fine and ultrafine particle kaolins for such products as Amazon Plus® and Amazon Premium®, both used in paper applications.

Antwerp, Belgium
The Antwerp location operates double as a logistics hub and a slurry production site for the EMEA and AP region. It has a large warehouse in use for the bulk products Hydragloss90, Amazon Plus, Amazon Premium and Hydraprint. These products are delivered to customers in all packaging options and in slurry form, thanks to the automated and specialized make down installation for Kaolin. In addition to that, there is a Bag Warehouse functioning as a safety stock location or pass through for most of the KaMin Portfolio products on the way to the customers.
